STRIPPING BED LINEN

Please leave the sheets & pillowcases & duvet covers (NOT Duvets or any bed covers please) in one of the large laundry bags (they are kept in the top drawer of the chest in the dining room) – the laundry service will pick up the bag when you leave. Please do not include any mattress covers or pillow protectors, or towels. These are the ones with a quilted design, and are heavier than the other linen.

USED TOWELS

Please leave the towels in one of the large laundry bags (they are kept in the top drawer of the chest in the dining room) – the laundry service will pick up the bag when you leave.

RUBBISH & WASTE

If you are leaving the day before waste collection, please leave the clear recycle bags in front of the house. Please put your food waste in the brown big — this is really important, as we often don’t get to the house for a couple of days, and don’t want mouldy food in the kitchen please.

SHUTTERS

Please close the shutters completely in the TV room.

CHARGES FOR LAUNDRY

If you leave anything else other than linen in the TV room, you may be charged for the washing of these items. The laundry service charge us by weight, which is why we only leave the bed linen and no mattress covers, bed covers, blankets or towels.

WINDOWS

Please check the windows are locked, and pull down the blinds in the rooms.

LOCKING UP

Please check you have locked the back door. When you leave the house, please double lock the bottom lock. Leave the keys in the key safe and please mix up the numbers / code. Please check the windows are locked shut.
